My Approach

Self-sufficiency — I teach meditation as a lifelong skill. The aim isn’t dependence on a coach or app, but giving you tools you can use and develop independently for the rest of your life.

Practical and grounded — This is straightforward, evidence-informed meditation stripped of unnecessary mysticism. Clear methods, clear structure, and techniques that work in real life.

Integration, not escape — Meditation isn’t about withdrawing from life or always feeling relaxed. It’s about cultivating inner peace, clarity and flexibility so you can regulate your state and show up appropriately, live more fully, and function at your best in the world.

8-Week 1:1 Meditation Coaching

This is my flagship programme.

A structured, one-to-one course designed to help you build a sustainable daily meditation practice and develop a healthier relationship with your mind.

Over eight weeks, you learn practical techniques, understand how meditation actually works, and become increasingly self-sufficient in your practice.

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (live, online)
    On these calls we cover necessary meditation theory, explore different elements of meditation, and complete a guided practice that serves as a benchmark for your independent work during the week.

  • A clear progression of meditation techniques
    A structured path that develops attention, awareness, and resilience step by step, so your practice grows sustainably.

  • Personalised guidance based on your experience
    Tailored feedback and recommendations to help you overcome challenges, refine your technique, and integrate meditation into your daily life.

  • Practical tools for working with attention, stress and overthinking
    Strategies and exercises that help you manage mental activity, respond to pressure, and regain clarity in real-world situations.

  • Support between sessions to keep your practice consistent
    Relevant to the level of support you choose. (More on this below)

Your role in the process

This program is designed as active training, not passive consumption.

Clients who benefit most commit to a short daily practice and approach the work with curiosity and consistency.
Progress varies from person to person, but the depth of change is strongly shaped by how consistently you engage with the advised practice between our sessions.

My role is to guide, refine and support you. Your role is to show up and do the work.

  • Daily practice reminders, accountability check-ins and course-correction by text (Initiated by me)

  • Direct text messaging available daily for questions (Priority response)

  • Additional guidance when challenges arise

More structure and active support while building momentum.

By the end of 8 weeks

By the end of the program, most clients:
